Snacking Leads To Credit Card Debt

Consumer Research recently conducted a new study with 1000 participants and found that more money which has lead to individuals in credit card debt is from snacking on various types of food. Although food is essential in everyone's life, unhealthy choices such as chips and ice cream which are normally consumed as snacks, have resulted to many families falling into credit card debt. The problem is that individuals see snacking as an essential part of their daily lives as well as their daily expenses.

The results from the recent study found that this is a common and alarming issue that has rose over time. The gradual build up of debt from choosing unnecessary snacks has in fact been a contributing factor to creating debt in households.
